My approach is rooted in bioenergetic nutrition - the idea that health starts at the cellular level with how efficiently your body produces and uses energy. When that process is disrupted by diet and lifestyle it can show up as tiredness, poor sleep, hormone imblances, weight that is difficult to shift or over time more serious dis-eases in the body. Rather than focusing on restriction, a bio energetic approach looks at what supports your metabolism to work well - the right food choices, timing and habits that help your body produce energy efficiently so that this reflects in your mood, energy levels, sleep and overall health.
